Qualified Professionals
Maya Nova Zorg works exclusively with qualified professionals who have at least a bachelor's degree. Where applicable, our employees are SKJ or BIG registered.
All our professionals hold a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and act in accordance with professional codes of conduct and ethical guidelines. Professional development and reflection are an integral part of our working method.
Working Within Legal Frameworks
We operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Youth Act, Wmo 2015, Wkkgz, and the GDPR.
Our processes and working methods are designed to comply with these legal frameworks and meet the requirements that municipalities impose on professional care providers.
Quality System & Certification in Development
Maya Nova Zorg is in the process of further formalizing its quality system, based on the principles of HKZ/ISO 9001.
This means that we systematically record, monitor, and improve our processes in accordance with recognized quality standards. Certification is part of our development phase, in which quality has been a guiding principle in the development of our organization from the outset.
Regional Quality Requirements and Cooperation
We comply with the regional quality requirements within the Brabant healthcare regions: Heart of Brabant, Northeast Brabant, Southeast Brabant, and West Brabant.
Through collaboration with municipalities and local partners, internal reflection, and the use of feedback, we are continuously working to improve our care and services.
Privacy, Security, and Complaints Procedure
The privacy and security of our clients are our top priority. We work with a secure electronic client file (ECD) and adhere to a strict privacy and information security policy in accordance with the GDPR.
If a client is dissatisfied, they can make use of our independent complaints procedure and confidential advisor.

We work exclusively with qualified professionals who are SKJ or BIG registered and have at least a higher professional education degree. We are HKZ/ISO 9001 certified, which demonstrates that our quality system is in order. We comply with all relevant legal frameworks, including the Youth Act, Wmo 2015, Wkkgz, and the GDPR.
