We are active in all healthcare regions of Brabant. In Hart van Brabant, we work in 's-Hertogenbosch, Tilburg, and surrounding municipalities. In Noordoost Brabant, we are active in Oss, Veghel, and surrounding municipalities. Zuidoost Brabant includes Eindhoven, Helmond, and surrounding municipalities.
We work on a location-based basis and also offer home visits, because we believe this strengthens the connection. This brings us closer to the families and enables us to support them better in their own environment. We want our care to be accessible and personal, so that we can restore trust.
We work closely with municipalities, neighborhood teams, schools, and other local organizations throughout Brabant.

Our Location
View the location on the map. We are located in the heart of Uden, easily accessible from various locations in North Brabant. Mondriaanplein 57 is a central location for our clients, with public parking available nearby.
However, we also work in a location-based manner, which means that we conduct home visits to strengthen ties with families and bring care closer to them.
